A : We are a company that develops and manages urban shopping complexes. We employ “Total Producing Ability” which incorporates our wide-ranging expertise in the fields of marketing, planning, designing and management/operation of shopping complexes. From the perspective of town design, we integrate the operation of each of PARCO’s stores—which are located throughout 20 cities in Japan-with its various entertainment-related business. In addition, in recent years, we have been engaged in consulting and property management, in which we provide other companies with know-how on the development and operation of shopping complexes, based on our experience as an urban shopping complexes developer.

A : “PARCO,” the corporate name, means “park” in Italian. A park is a place (or space) where lots of people can gather, where people can share time and space, and where people can relax and have fun. That’s also what "PARCO" is.

A : The company group (PARCO Network companies) is engaged in four major areas of business:
1．Shopping Complex business: Development and management of urban shopping complexes and consulting and property management on various facets of their operation 2．Retail Business: Development of unique specialty stores selling specialized products, such as watches, eyeglasses, sundry articles or food products 3．Space Engineering
