A : The company established a highly transparent corporate governance system, following approval at the regular general meeting of Shareholders on May 24, 2003. This involved the adoption of the “Company with Committees System” and the creation of a clearer separation between the decision-making and supervisory functions and the executive functions.

A : Our property management began with know-how cultivated from our experience in development and management/operation of shopping complexes and consulting work on various facets of their operation. We are entrusted with pre-opening operational support and post-opening property management of specialty store section of shopping mall "Ario Kawaguchi" that opened in the Saitama Prefecture Kawaguchi city in November, 2005.
Moreover, it is entrusted also with front pre-opening operational support and post-opening property and asset management of the Kohoku Newtown Center Kita Shopping Center (provisional name),that is opened in the spring of 2007.
