Summer sale "Grand Bazaar" of 2017 started in PARCO

From July 1, summer sale "Grand Bazaar" of 2017 started in PARCO.
This year's Grand Bazaar collaborate with the movie "Despicable ME 3" released on July 21 in Japan.
In advertisements such as posters, PARCO 's character "PARCOARA" appear together with the characters of the movie, "Minions". 
In addition, we open limited collaboration cafes for the "Minions" in 5 cities, and character goods shops in 10 cities.
 
*Grand Bazaar of Sapporo PARCO and Nagoya PARCO started on 30th June.

Winners

Urawa PARCO and Shintokorozawa PARCO jointly held a customer service role playing contest on June 15 and 22.

 

The final game after the first round started from a scene that staff called out to customers who were thinking about whether to buy goods or not. After that, staffs played to reccomend our house card and our original app "POCKET PARCO" at the cash desk to the customer.
 
The teams that the shop staffs showed high level of customer service received the Best Award, Excellence Award, or PARCO Store Manager Award.

In feedback from customer service external lecturer, participants and viewers seriously listened and took notes.

 Itadakimasu by PARCO opens in Singapore

PARCO (Singapore) Pte Ltd is managing a new culinary destination that will offer seven authentic Japanese restaurants within one site on the third level of 100 AM from Thursday, 1st of December.
Seven restaurants chosen by PARCO to present a variety of Japanese cuisines such as ramen, shabu shabu, soba, sushi, tonkatsu and yakiniku at affordable prices.
We will continue to actively develop business in East and Southeast Asia by making full use of the development and operation experience of shopping complexes got in domestic and overseas markets.
